Our Journey!

Hello Everyone, Saludos! This is my first post, and I am very excited to share our journey and life with all of you. It took me so long to pack the courage to do this, but here I am. I am your typical Latina mom, but there is nothing ordinary about my journey through motherhood. Why “An Atypical Mamá,” Well the love of my life is Atypical. Samir, who is five years old, is Autistic, he is atypical. Our lives are a bit different, and I know there are many other moms out there going through similar situations with their little ones and not so little. In our lives, we do ABA, speech therapy, OT therapy, there are visual schedules, IEP, and many more, but there is also fun like love for shoes, wines, and books.
